For many destinations, transit after dispatch may typically take approximately 5–12 business days, but actual delivery can vary.
High-value jewelry, diamonds or certain metals may require additional shipping procedures, documentation or courier approval.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other destination-country fees.
Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout or order confirmation, such charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing can also add additional delivery time beyond the courier's normal transit estimate.
Tracking Information

Safe Delivery
Customers should inspect the outer parcel condition at delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with or unusually opened, contact KRULUXE as soon as possible.
